The Border Beauty Showcase at Lakeland College will bring together the local beauty and fashion sector on Monday, Mar. 24.
Barbers, hairstylists and makeup artists will put their skills to the test.
A couple students from Lloydminster Comprehensive will be showing off their talent.
Following recent performances at the Skills Canada regional level, Sophie Graham and Linnea Joy will join be in the spotlight.

Sophie returned with two medals including a gold in Junior hairstyling/braiding. Linnea will bring her skills in makeup artistry to the event.
Three new contest categories have been added this year:
- professional makeup
- bridal updo
- nail art
The event starts with a trade show from 1:00 p.m. at Lakeland College.
