The annual Feast on the Farm presented by Cenovus Energy will be on Aug. 14 at Lakeland College, Vermilion.
The 8th edition of the fundraising event which supports student-led learning features a grassroots evening including a dinner, silent auction and live entertainment by Abygale Durie, an Alberta country music artist who will also take to the stage at Big Valley Jamboree in Camrose and Country Thunder in Calgary this summer.
Feast on the Farm has raised $342,000 to date to support student-led projects like the Border Beauty Showcase, a teaching experience in Mexico, the Wellness Symposium, a professional night for agricultural sciences and environmental sciences and a portable scale for the Dairy Learning Centre.
