One man has died and another has been arrested after Maidstone RCMP got a report about an altercation in Marshall.
On Thursday, April 24, at about 4:30 a.m., Maidstone RCMP received the report about an altercation involving two men outside a home on 2nd Avenue in Marshall.
Both men were injured, and one of them called for medical assistance.
One of the men passed away while being taken by EMS to hospital. RCMP have notified the family.
The second man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes is now leading the investigation. They have arrested the survivor but have not laid charges.
Investigators ask anyone who lives in Marshall to check their home security cameras and doorbell cameras between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on April 24, 2025 as they seek more information about what happened.
